Our customer base includes Insurance Companies, Brokerage Firms, Wholesale Insurance, Independent Agencies, Private Industry and other general insurance related clients.

We are not a premium audit company looking for fill in work for premium auditors as many compaines do. We are a professional loss control and inspection service providing this service only that you can rely on for your underwriting and loss control requirements.

Reports
 

  • Comprehensive Hourly Reports

 

  • Intermediate Reports - We can establish fixed time limits on these reports based on your survey and reporting requirements and provides additional cost control for your survey requirements.

 

  • Short Form/Small Risk Reports - Typically flat rate one hour survey and reporting service

  • All Reports are inclusive of photos. diagrams and ITV's are optional depending on service. 

 

Time Service

 

Our standard time service is 30 days. We do offer "Rush" and "Special Trip" service as well. We also provide "Status Reports" as delays or other circumstances develop that postpone the survey completion. Reports delayed for any reason are then placed in Priority Handling in an effort to maintain time service.
