Loss Control Service
Our management staff has combined 80 years of experience including managment with major insurance companies in providing Loss Control and Underwriting Services. We can service your accounts from the initial loss control visit through quarterly service reviews and provide your clients with the latest in risk management tools and programs.
Underwritng/Inspection Surveys & Valuations
Our experienced staff of professionally trained associates can survey your accounts and provide quality risk improvement recommendations to assist your underwriting teams in developing and minimizing your risk. All lines of coverage can be completed anywhere in our coverage area with reports you can rely on for your underwriting decisions. We will use your reporting forms and formats or ours.
Telephone Surveys
We have experienced and trained staff of telephone surveyors who conduct various artisan contractor surveys for workers comensation and general liabilty surveys. Other lines of coverage can also be handled through a telephone survey for your survey cost control. Our telephone survey staff are loss control professionals who can properly evaluate and adjust the interview as needed based on exposures developed.
Telephone Survey with Internet Searches
In addition to our general telephone survey service and if requested with this service we can also provide links to any internet search results we develop. This is a cost effective alternative to traditional on-site inspections. This combines a telephone interview and operations evaluation with internet research to quickly evaluate a policyholder's operations and make effective underwriting decisions.
Reports
Our reports are provided electronically via internet in a MS Word or PDF format inclusive of required photos, diagrams and ITV's. We will use your reporting forms and formats if requested. Our formats can be a comprehensive narrative or a combination of reporting forms per line of coverage and hazard supplements as required with a full narrative or narrative comments depending on service required. We will customize a report form or format to met your underwriting or loss control requirements.
